Ingredients
Fish
- 2 skinless cod fillets (about 140 g each)
- 1 tbsp white miso
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp soy sauce
Greens
- 250 g tenderstem broccoli or pak choi
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 garlic clove, sliced
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Method
- Make the glaze. Mix the miso, honey and soy sauce. Heat the grill to high.
- Grill the fish. Put the cod on a lined tray, spread with the glaze and grill for 8–10 minutes until it flakes easily.
- Cook the greens. Meanwhile, stir-fry the greens in the sesame oil with the garlic and a splash of water for 4 minutes.
- Serve. Serve the fish on the greens with the sesame seeds scattered over.
Chef tip
Line the tray with foil. The glaze sticks as it caramelises.
